opportunities are available NOW for you to save LATER! Here are some great ways to earn money toward your club fees; past, present and/or
future!
1. Sell ducks at the
Beaver Creek Rodeo!
HURRY! A booth at the
Rodeo has been reserved for the following Thursday evenings…starting this Thursday! Call Vidette – 390-2282
today and sign up for the date(s) you want. Bring team mates, wear your Lightning jackets and have fun!

Please call (390-2282), or e-mail Vidette at vidette@gehlvail.net today to sign up, AND drop by the Big Bear Bistro to pick up
your Duck Sales Brochures! Please call Vidette to tell her you’re coming so she saved brochures for you.
2. Sell ducks to all of your out-of-town friends
and family ON-LINE!

- On
the left, click sign-up
- On the first line, have them use the drop-down menu to click on Lightning
- Complete the form with credit card info, contribution
amount and submit!
- KEEP TRACK OF WHO BUYS DUCKS FOR YOU! In the end, we will just receive payment from the event, without knowing
which girls are responsible for how much money. It will be up to you to keep track, and get the info to us, so be sure
your fans tell you how much they’ve purchased!
3. Community Rummage Sale:
No need to call ahead; just show up at the rummage sale venue in Maloit Park next to Minturn Middle
School. BE SURE to sign in using Lightning as your group, and also keep track of your hours so we can make sure we give
you proper credit for the money you earn.
There may be a minimum age limit below which you need a parent to accompany. Please call Vidette
with questions; after Thursday, she should know what the age limit is

Our Mission:
Lightning Volleyball Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing athletes of all ages and ability.
The purpose of LVC is to promote interest in the sport of volleyball, provide training in skills and techniques, and foster
teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline and motivation. We believe everyone should be given the opportunity to succeed,
both on and off the court.
Lightning Volleyball Club is a member of the Rocky Mountain Region of USA Volleyball. The
Club offers multiple options for young athletes to improve their volleyball skills including traveling teams, practice players,
and summer camps. We serve athletes from 10-18 years of age.
Lightning Volleyball Club is based out of Eagle County Colorado. Currently we have athletes from as
far east as Summit County and as far west as Garfield County. The club currently has 5 teams and 56 athletes and 10
coaches.
